As part of its continuing commitment to quality education and community partnership, Carmen Copper Corporation fulfilled its Brigada Eskwela commitment by releasing โฑ15,000 financial assistance to the first batch of beneficiary schools. The check distribution was held on July 7, 2026, at the Carmen Copper Staff Club House, bringing together school heads from the 19 recipient schools across the Schools Division of Toledo City.
Earlier, during the Brigada Eskwela Kick-Off on June 1, 2026, at Old Bucao Elementary School, the company also extended โฑ50,000 in special assistance, reaffirming its unwavering support for the improvement of learning environments.
The beneficiary schools are Apid ES, Bulongan ES, Cambang-ug ES, Cantabaco ES, Don Andres Soriano ES, Lower Camp 8 ES, Makatol ES, Malubog ES, Media Once ES, New Bucao ES, Pandongbato ES, Pangamihan ES, Poog ES, Sam-ang ES, Subayon ES, Bunga NHS, Cantabaco NHS, General P. Del Rosario NHS, and Pangamihan NHS.
Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Joseph Irwin A. Lagura expressed his sincere appreciation to Carmen Copper Corporation for its steadfast support, emphasizing that partnerships like these strengthen the collective responsibility of schools, communities, and stakeholders in ensuring quality education for every learner.
